DESCRIPTION

Clinohumite is a part of the Humite group, and known to be an extremely rare gemstones. The mineral was named after Sir Abraham Hume, who was an English mineralogist and renowned fine art collector. Usually known as small gems from 1-3 carats, due to the darker colour and inclusions, larger cuts were extremely rare.
